Good health is the foundation of a happy, productive and rewarded life. The modern lifestyle today symbolizes excessive stress and strain, extended working hours, irregular eating habits, late night weekend parties, and inadequate rest. Coupled with high level pollution, these factors are bound to cause health related problems, and physical, mental and psychological disorders. With today’s sedentary and unhealthy lifestyle, man is getting prone to a number of ailments and diseases.

To meet the growing demands of the competitive world, most of us tend to ignore our health until we are compelled to confront a medical complication. To cope up with a rising risk of the medical disorders, health monitors have become mandatory.

This is where we come into the picture. We recognize the importance and need for preventive health care and for this purpose we have launched Healthy India Mission program.The Healthy India Mission program aims to preserve and promote good health, to prevent disease and disability and to facilitate early diagnosis and treatment of illness.

Preventive Healthcare involves measures taken to identify and minimize risk factors for disease, improve the course of an existing disease and screening for early detection of disease Another aspect of Preventive Healthcare is the early identification of high-risk individuals prone to major life-threatening illnesses like heart disease and cancers. This helps in taking timely, precautionary lifestyle modification measures or treatment.

प्रिवेन्टिव हेल्थ केयर बिमारियों के जोखिम को जानने उसे कम करने तथा मौजूदा रोग के दौरान होने वाले सुधार व रोगों को शुरुवाती समय में पहचान ने पर केन्द्रित है यह उच्च जोखिम वाले व्यक्तियों की हृदयरोग और कैंसर की प्रारम्भिक पहचान करने में और समय रहते सावधानी पूर्वक जीवनशैली में संशोधन के उपायों और उपचार करने में मदद करता है।
